Reseller & Affiliate Policy
Xrev is an online business with its own payment gateway and automated systems and it is our preference to deal directly with the end user to eliminate double handling and confusion. Xrev has a semi-automated system to create and process orders, issue serial numbers, as well as sending through subscription renewal reminders. As such it is easy for the end user to manage their own licenses, orders and renewals.
In our experience, the use of resellers to manage subscriptions and payments results in delays to the processing of orders and renewals. Manual intervention is required on Xrev’s part to send through quotes, include Purchase Order numbers, and to deal with numerous email correspondence for the inevitable changes. It is for this reason that Xrev generally does not provide any discount to the reseller.
Xrev will only provide discounts to affiliates/partners that are actively providing Xrev with new clients on a regular basis.
I’m a reseller can I sell Xrev products?
Xrev prefers to deal direct with the End User as it’s much easier to manage subscriptions, licenses and renewals. As such we ask that the customer purchases the licenses directly from Xrev. You may qualify as an Xrev Affiliate.
We utilise a 3rd party to manage all our Software, can they purchase Xrev products and manage the subscriptions on our behalf?
Xrev prefers to deal direct with the End User as it’s much easier to manage subscriptions, licenses and renewals. However, the 3rd party is welcome to purchase the licenses and manage subscriptions on your behalf. The 3rd party will not necessarily be entitled to any discounts unless they have qualified to be an Affiliate.
I work with many different Architectural, Engineering, and Construction companies and would like to promote Xrev products. Am I entitled to a commission on any sales of Xrev products as a result?
