Aconex Lobby Accounts
Problem
You are unable to login to Xrev Transmit version 3.x after converting to an Aconex Lobby Account.
Solution
In November 2024, Oracle required all users to upgrade to a Lobby Account which uses a single login for all Aconex instances. This utilizes an Email & Password for login with two factor authentication.
A significant update would be required for Transmit to support this and we have chosen to only implement this support in the next major release (4.x). Your old login (pre-lobby account) that uses a “Username” in lieu of an email to login, will still work provided you remember your login details. You can still reset the password on the accounts page if you remember your username.
We have tested this extensively and you can definitely still have a lobby account working with Aconex and be logging into Transmit with your old credentials.
Note:
The old logins will not work in Aconex, if you try and use me it will accept the credentials, but then ask use to use your Lobby account.
